Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for resale condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
